Administration/Finance Assistant
The opportunity has arisen for committed, highly motivated individual with the appropriate educational background experience to join our team. Established for over 20 years our company is a successful independent Builders Merchant, ever growing within its industry.
Finance & Administration to join our administration team working in a busy Builders Merchant environment.
Junior Administration/Finance Skills & Experience:
* You must be articulate, have the ability to work under pressure, have excellent organisational skills experience of implementing effective administrative systems.
* A good knowledge of MS Office esp. Excel.
* You must demonstrate initiative, analytical skills in decision making.
* It is crucial that you are well versed in chasing overdue debts some of which will require a high initiative investigative mind based approach required to ensure success prior to legal action.
* Knowledge of merchant based systems as you will be required to use our software extensively.
* Highly motivated, ability to sell and work to targets
* Proven skills in people management
* Numeracy skills
* High integrity and trustworthy individual
Your Junior Administration/Finance duties will be
* To manage a wide array of administration financial tasks.
* Assisting in the running of the office.
Transport & Logistical, H&S, First Aid or any other non-field experience welcomed.
Priority consideration will be given to applicants from a construction background with extensive product knowledge or those with advanced e commerce, design IT software knowledge esp. SQL, Crystal
