The Customer Service Coordinator duties include electronic filing, document verification with external bodies, internal registration audits, DBS applications, carrying out UKBA employer checks, compiling monthly reports and supporting the Resourcing, Bookings and Finance departments when needed amongst many other duties. This role requires a hard working team player with strong administration skills and is able to hit the ground running as they will be joining a fast paced vital support function of our business. Customer Service / audit experience is essential to be considered for this post.
• Educated to a minimum A Level or equivalent experience
• Experience of working within a hospital/doctors/dentist surgery admin or call centre team would be an advantage.
• Intermediate computer literacy with a good understanding of WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and any CRM system.
