Job brief – Junior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to create engaging designs according to requirements. You will work under the direction of the interior team to support their presentation works and their client graphic needs to produce high-quality work.
In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for detail as well as being brand focused. If you are passionate about design and eager to learn more, we would like to meet you. Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our company vision.

Junior Graphic Designer Responsibilities
* Understand project requirements and concepts
* Use various techniques to create drafts, models, and prototypes
* Produce final design solutions (like logos, banners, interfaces)
* Pitch creative ideas
* Collaborate with team members to launch projects
* Produce brand focused works such as Website/ brand guidelines and presentations
* Take on special design tasks (e.g. colour correction)
* Use feedback from other designers to improve
Junior Graphic Designer Requirements
* Have a minimum of 1 year + experience as a Junior Designer
* BSc/BA in Design or a related field (Degree in graphic or web design preferable)
* Experienced and proficient with design software and graphics editing tools (e.g. Adobe creative suite)
* Understand and familiar with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)
* Understand visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
* Able to apply innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints, presenting ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
* Teamwork skills – enjoy being part of a team
* Have a great eye for detail
* Able to organise, plan and prioritise
* Time management skills – able to multi-task and make decisions
* Possess a positive and creative attitude to solving problems
Junior Graphic Designer Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Attributes:
* Strong portfolio which shows experience with a range of programs and materials
* Able to demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print
* An understanding and familiarity with UX design would be a bonus
* Able to work with a range of media, including CAD
* Keep up to date with emerging technologies and latest design trends
* Display a passion for creating stunning visuals
* Able to proof read to produce accurate and high-quality work
