Overview
Our client is an Engineering company based in the Liverpool area and they require a skilled Manual Turner to join them on a permanent basis.
The role requires the use of manual lathes in the workshop to produce parts related to breakdowns and refurbishments, manufacturing new parts using manual lathes with the specified material to high tolerances. You must have good manual turning skills and be able to thread cut, tapers, bearing tolerances, circlip grooves all to achieve accurate replacement parts.
The hours oh work are Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4pm and Friday 7.30am – 3pm.
The basic salary is £33-36K and there is regular overtime and other great benefits.
