Overview
Our client is an Engineering company, is looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to work for them on a permanent basis.
Applicants must be time served Mechanical Fitters ideally with previous experience dismantling, repairing and refurbishing a variety of pumps, electric motors and gearboxes.
The role will be both site and workshop dealing with the repair and refurbishment of rotating equipment. Any electrical skills would be an advantage.
This is a day shift position, 8am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs and 8am-3:30pm Fridays, basic 39 hour per week.
The hourly rate for this role is between £15 and £16.50 per hour with good company benefits.
