Overview
My client is seeking a strong Administrator with Customer Service experience to join their operations team.
They are an award winning company with a great team, who really work well together and are looking for someone energetic and friendly who will fit in with the current team.
Main duties:
Dealing & booking inquiries
Assist Operations Team with daily tasks.
Ensure all operations administration is completed by site operatives.
Update all site records with relevant documents.
Taking care of all plant, tools, fleet management and servicing.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:
* To be suitable for the role you must have:
* Customer service experience
* Complaints handling experience
* Organisation and administrative skills
* Knowledge of Eque2 System & Salesforce (beneficial but not essential as can be trained)
* Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
* Ability to negotiate
* IT skills
* Time management / Organisation – Planning ahead
* Driving License (Desirable but not essential)
Additional Info:
Holiday: 22 days plus Bank Holidays & Christmas Shutdown
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
