Stafford Lawrence are engaged on a search for a Quantity Surveyor for a position with a Multidisciplinary consultancy for their offices in Plymouth
The company are a respected PQS/ Consultancy organisation across the South West, with many awards for their work in the region. They have a great work life balance and are a non corporate organisation.
REQUIREMENTS
* MRICS – desirable for this role, our client will consider candidates 12-18 months away from final assessment.
* A Degree qualification in a related subject Construction or Quantity Surveying
* Some experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant with a Consultancy/ PQS
* Experience of mixed use, commercial education projects.
Our client are open to candidates who are based in other areas of the UK and wish to relocate and they are also open to candidates who are UK nationals and wish to come back to the UK from a recent overseas posting.
Salary & Benefits for the – Quantity Surveyor – Plymouth
* For those candidates who meet all the above requirements a package of £30,000 – 37,000
