QUANTITY SURVEYOR – COST CONSULTANCY – EXETER
Stafford Lawrence are engaged on a search for a Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Consultant for a position with a Multidisciplinary consultancy for their offices in Exeter
The company are a respected PQS/ Consultancy organisation and have an unriveled work life balance, with many awards for their work in the region. They are an excellent company to work for in the region and have a considerable number of projects in the pipeline.
REQUIREMENTS
MRICS – Chartered Status is desirable for this role, but our client will consider candidates 12-18 months away from final assessment. Or those who wish to attain it in the future.
A Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying. The degree qualification will be from a well known UK university.
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor /Cost Consultant with a Consultancy/ PQS is essential.
Our client are open to candidates who are based in other areas of the UK and wish to relocate and they are also open to candidates who are UK nationals and wish to come back to the UK from a recent overseas posting.
Ideally you will have Mixed Use, Commercial, Education and possibly some Residential or Retail projects experience
At least circa 3-5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, your experience will be with a consultancy /PQS organisation, such as Arcadis, AECOM, Turner & Townsend, Gleeds or smaller PQS organisations.
SALARY & BENEFITS
£32,000 -£42,000 per annum
