Regional Sales Manager – Pumps – £50,000 OTE
A Regional Sales Manager with experience of selling Domestic & Industrial Pumps & Installation Services into multiple industry sectors, is required by a market leading Industrial/ Sub-Sea & Multi-Stage Pump Distributor & Installer.

The Role:
As Regional Sales Manager, covering the whole of the Midlands Territory, you will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with the engineers and decision makers within multiple industry sectors including Mining, Oil & Gas, Water Treatment & Sewage Works, Construction & Retail Showrooms. You will be selling a range of services such as Pump Hire, Pump Servicing & Repairs, Special Pump Projects & Well Point Dewatering. This will necessitate a significant amount of travel, with regular field sales trips a prerequisite of the position. This is a New Business role with an element of Account Management, so you will be required to carry out the full sales cycle in order to hit annual targets.
Experience Required
You will be an experienced National/ Area Sales Manager and have a knowledge of the Pump & Flow Control sectors. An HNC or degree in mechanical engineering is ideal, but not essential. A technical background is also required as well as the desire to hit large annual revenue targets is also essential. You will ideally be used to working from home and be able to prove that you have successfully managed your own diary to accommodate multiple client meetings over a large target area.
Package
Base Salary of between £35,000 – £40,000 dependant on experience and a potential OTE of £50,000 is achievable as well as Company Car, Mobile, Laptop & Contributory pension.
