Overview
We are currently recruiting for an all-round Resourcer for our client, a Recruitment Agency, based in Birmingham, B16.
As an Resourcer , your main duties and responsibilities will be:
• Undertaking CV searches as directed, booking in candidates
• Booking potential applicants at agreed times with consultants & management
• Greet and pre-screen applicants prior to interview to make sure they have correct licences and right to work documents.
• Updating internal systems where required
• Speaking to candidates with regards to their interviews
• Sending Interview Confirmations via email
• Scheduling interviews
• Liaising Schedules/Interviews
Essential skills and requirements for the Resourcer role:
* good customer service skills
* admin experience in a professional environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Sage is preferable, but not necessary.
* Problem solving
* Experience in working in a highly pressurised environment
The working hours for the Resourcer role are: Previous experience adavantageous
Monday -Friday 8.30am-5pm.
