If you are a mechanical design engineer who has experience designing commercial, healthcare, education or residential projects and are looking to work with a well known company based in the Bristol area, then please read below.
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
As a mechanical design engineer you will be expected to design projects at stages 3,4 and 5. The company are looking to strengthen their Building Services department and hire a Mechanical Engineer that can help deliver projects and also do some mentoring with their young engineers.
The work is predominantly on commercial, education, residential and healthcare projects in the South West, so you will need you to have previous experience delivering similar projects.
It you have Revit experience this would be beneficial but not essential. You will also have excellent communication and client-facing skills. The company are looking to support the right individual to being a chartered Principal level engineer and beyond.
Requirements
As a design engineer they would expect the following:
* HND/HNC in mechanical engineering or building services as a minimum
* Experience on commercial projects
* Project values from £3m – £20m
* Experience taking projects from stage 3 onwards
