Quantity Surveyor-Groundworks
My client is a large groundworks and RC frame subcontractor operating throughout London and the South East.
They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a £7 million groundworks project in Rochester.
Their client base are predominantly housing developers whom they have long term relationships with and as such a lot of repeat business.
The quantity surveyor will be to responsible for a groundworks packages up to £7 million.
Residential experience is essential.
You will be be able to re-measure and cost the works from first principles, provide margin creation & flair for opportunity, with awareness of risks.
