Engagement Manager – Remote working. UK based.

Salary is negotiable on experience.

I am currently recruiting for an Engagement Manager for a leading ServiceNow Partner. The role of Engagement Manager will see you responsible for full project management, this ranges from stakeholder management through to planning & delivery, budget controls and resource management. Due to the nature of the role we are looking for someone with in-depth ServiceNow experience.

Ideally, we are looking for people with:

* ServiceNow System Administrator Certification

* ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification

* ITIL qualified

* Prince2 certified

The role will see you responsible for but not limited to:

* Overseeing the full project life cycle from requirement gathering through design and planning to delivery and execution.

* Managing stakeholders, building client relationships to understand and define needs. To then be able to articulate the value of solutions and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunities.

* Managing colleagues to ensure successful and timely delivery of multiple projects.

* Providing bid support, from preparation to presentation.

* Maintaining up to date ServiceNow product knowledge, responsible for ongoing learning
