London Electrical Solutions is a growing Electrical Contracting business based in Greenwich. Due to our continued growth and success we are looking to recruit an Administrator who is interested in accounts to join our successful team.
Profile Summary
The successful person we are looking for will possess great people skills and have a good eye for detail. This role will focus on supporting our accounts team and we will provide a platform for you to train and develop accounting/ book keeping skills. You’ll be organised, have strong numeracy skills along with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to multi task. This is a broad and diverse role which will present plenty of interesting challenges for the right person
Job Description Summary
This is an office based role which will be providing support to our accounts team. This role would suit someone who is just starting their career in accountancy/ finance and who is keen to learn on the job. You will be dealing with customers everyday via email and over the phone so must have the confidence to do so.
Core Responsibilities
– Supporting the accounts team
– Follow up calls and emails related to invoices
– Processing payments
– Answering customer calls and dealing with queries
– Typing & formatting of correspondence and reports, binding & scanning documents
– Accurate message taking and managing telephone calls, customer queries
– File management, archiving and ad hoc duties
– Distribution of external post
– Creating and updating various lists, spreadsheets & schedules using Excel
The successful person will have a strong work ethic, a good sense of humour and be motivated to help the business grow.
