Overview
Our client is looking for a commercial assistant on their biggest project of 2018. The job is a £4m ceiling package on a major refurb and has approximately a year to run.
This role is to provide commercial assistance to the commercial team on the project. Dealing with valuations, site visits and measurement as well as running subcontractor accounts. There will be a QS overseeing the project and supervising work and the project represents a great chance to be hands on in a commercial role surrounded by good leadership and support.
If you have are proficient in on-site measurement, have account management experience and good communication skills, this job could definitely be an interesting career move. Sub contract and ceiling experience will be preferred but are not essential.
A can do attitude, genuine interest in the industry and attention to detail will be key to success in this role.
