Overview
We are seeking a number of caretakers for a busy North London borough to look after and maintain a safe community/estate to support the health and well being of recidents.
The role supports the delivery of a flexible high quality caretaking service ensuring a high level of cleanliness to internal elements of residential buildings in adition to external area’s within the parameters of the estate,.
Duties will include overseeing of waste management, grounds mantinence, manging health and safety issues.
An enhanced DBS is required for this position
