To take instructions from clients for their Conveyancing needs, then give a quotation
Once instructed open the file and send all relevant paperwork out for their conveyancing needs
All work is carried out on Proclaim
Work on file until all relevant information has come back commission Id checks relevant searches monies draft papers etc
Pass file to a fee earner
Attention to detail is a must in this role, good telephone manner is also key
