CLIENT RELATIONS CONSULTANT

You will need to be a positive, high energy, sharp and accountable individual to join our Support Team. You will play a vital role within our team in dealing with the fast paced and varied enquiries we receive either by phone, email or social media. Your role will be to handle all enquiries from our existing and potential new clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

A must for the role:

A flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude

Highly computer literate

Excellent organisational skills

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks

Ability to multi-task

Exceptional people skills with an excellent telephone manner

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Full time role – £24,000 per annum plus performance related bonus – OTE c. £40k
