Locations: Dublin, Kildare Westmeath Meath Wicklow Wexford Louth
Salaries: €60k to €85k+ Benefits Packages
We are currently looking for Experienced Quantity Surveyors across Ireland . The right candidates will receive opportunities for career progression within professional Teams.
50% – Office or Remote working
50%- On Site
Responsibilities
* Ideal candidates will have Irish or UK construction experience.
* Experienced on Medium- Large scale projects.
* Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
* Undertaking cost analysis
* Performing risk, value management and cost control
* Preparing and analysing costings for tenders
* Estimate new tenders
Experience Required
* The successful candidate should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction related discipline.
* 5-7+ Years’ QS Experience
