We are recruiting on behalf of one of our contractor clients based in the Dorset region.
Company;
The company is a leading Dry-lining contractor who have recently set up a reasonably new PASSIVE FIRE STOPPING DIVISION.
They are currently applying for IFC Accreditation however hold other accreditations and have a number of potential new build and refurbishment projects in the pipeline. They do operate across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire & West Sussex and work for the larger National builders but are looking to expand their Fire Stopping business to the commercial sector where they have had steady growth and success.
Role;
They are seeking an experienced “PASSIVE FIRE STOPPING SUPERVISOR/MANAGER to help the Directors to basically run the day to day operations of the fire business, help recruit the team and help develop and grow the company and ideally develop leads.
You;
* Help towards IFC accreditation
* Generate new business
* Identify business opportunities
* Manage and complete the works at site level
* Ensure contracts are delivered in time and cost effective
* Help prepare specifications and schedule of works
* Ensure all project are carried out in accordance with IFC regulations
