Role: Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
One of our key clients based in Oxfordshire has provided me with an opportunity to join an established and successful team. They are actively looking to take on an Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis with demonstrated experience with reputable building contractors.
The ideal candidate is outlined below.
· Degree qualified BSC, MSc or HND qualification (or equivalent)
. Must have experience in the contracting sector
. Competent running smaller projects solely
. Confident being involved with large scale projects
· Excellent communication skills
. Comfortable in a fast paced environment
. Good understanding of the Oxfordshire construction market
