A great opportunity has arisen within the Pre-Construction Team of a leading M&E Building Services Contractor in the South West.
My client is a leading M&E Services Contactor with a strong Wales & West regional presence that also reaches along the M4 corridor, working on schemes from small works values up to major projects for end-user and Main Contractor clients. Due to organic growth this company are now seeking to strengthen their Pre-Construction team.
The ideal candidate will have current experience working in an Mechanical Estimating role.
Alternatively, the right person could come from a proven background in Mechanical Building Services engineering with a good understanding of Pre-Construction processes and the abilty to apply this experience to an Estimating role. Previous experience of working in an Estimating position isn`t strictly necessary, providing the right person has a solid background in Mechanical Building Services Engineering and is keen to develop an Estimating career within a dynamic and ambitious business.
