Placing Leaders are recruiting on behalf of our client who are based in Welwyn Garden City for a Project Co-Ordinator / Internal Project Manager. We are seeking someone with experience working within the construction industry and ideally withing the Aluminium Glazing Industry. You need to have both excellent communication and customer service skills.

As Project Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for taking a projcect from the point of order for commercial projects (mainly new build projects, and periodically renovation projects). You will be dealing with main contractors operating in the commercial construction market. The key responsibility of the Project Coordinator is to ensure that orders are professionally fulfilled by meeting the expectations of the customer to ensure repeat business where relevant, manage the contractual risk to the business ensuring a a happy customer, on time payment and repeat business..
As Project Coordinator you will gain good all round project management skills, facillitating progression into field based Project Management or progression within other areas of the business as it continues to thrive and grow within the UK.
We are seeking someone that has:
* 2-3 years in a commercial construction project related discipline eg. Estimating, planning, co-ordination, surveying
* Exposure to contracting in the construction industry
* Familiarity with construction process and documentation
