Overview
I’m interested in speaking with Site Managers, ideally from a trade background with demonstrated experience in delivering complex, listed, high end residential refurbishments from site set up to completion.
This is a long term contract / permanent opportunity to join a business who over the past 20 years have grown into a well-respected main contractor in the prime residential world.
The £4m project consists of a phased refurbishment and extension to the existing 8,000 sq. ft. barn and renovation and extensions to the 10,500 sq. ft. outhouses based on this idyllic Oxfordshire estate. The project is being delivered over two phases consisting of 2 years and 18 months respectively.
Specialist materials will be incorporated by master craftsman to house a gymnasium, spa facility, swimming pool and yoga studio to name a few.
An extensive landscaping package will complete this project to create a picturesque family home for the end user client.
