Typical projects include education, residential, commercial and heritage with values ranging to £15m. Over the years the company have won numerous awards for their projects completed and have an excellent reputation for the investment and training for their employees and encouragement for progression within.
Site Manager
Due to new orders an experienced Site Manager (No.1) is now required to join their team on a permanent basis for London based projects. You will be reporting into the Contracts Manager and be responsible for the overall management on-site of projects from initial set-up through to completion. Taking lead on-site responsible for all health and safety, programming of works, procurement and allocation, management of staff and sub-contractors, liaising with all relevant parties and all other traditional SM duties to deliver projects as needed.
As an experienced Site Manager with relevant qualifications, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. You will have proven experience within new build (to include groundworks) and refurbishment projects within a UK contractor, be IT literate, excellent communication skills and a stable work history is a must.
