Crossroads Truck & Bus Ltd is the Volvo Truck and Bus specialists across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We provide a total transport solution for the industry, from new trucks to used trucks, and parts and servicing for trucks, buses and trailers.
We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our fantastic team in Rotherham to oversee the 4 on 4 off day shift pattern.

Main Responsibilities
– To assist the Service Manager in liaising between service reception and the workshop on repair.
– To ensure that the right technician has been allocated the right job.
– To control and monitor the progress of the repair / service through to completion.
– Ensure high levels of quality are maintained on all work produced by the service department.
– Ensure that all service paperwork is completed to a high standard.
– To maintain excellent customer satisfaction and MOT standards.
The successful candidate will have / be:
– Commercial technical background.
– A good communicator (internally and with customers).
– Able to work on own initiative and able to problem solve.
– Extremely well organised and able to prioritise effectively.
– Computer skills advantageous.
Requirements
– Qualifications required City & Guilds part 1 & 2 / BTEC / IMI (or equivalent) in motor
vehicle management or equivalent practical experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
– Commercial experience within a workshop environment (or similar environment).
– HGV Licence advantageous but not essential.
